Lady Vanda Orchids will process orders within 48 hours. In order to avoid weekend carrier delays, all orders are shipped out on Monday or Tuesday the following week. We will ensure that products are secured and labeled accordingly to minimize damage and loss with the carrier.
Items are shipped via UPS or USPS using the method selected via the customer at checkout. Basic carrier insurance is included on all orders. If you would like additional insurance or other carrier options please contact us directly before placing your orders.
We do our best to provide the most accurate shipping quotes to our customers, however, if a large order is placed additional shipping charges may be incurred at the buyers expense. If this is the case, buyer will be contacted prior to order processing. We reserve the right to invoice the buyer for additional shipping costs. Order items will not be released until invoices have been paid.
We do our best to package plants for transit, however we cannot guarantee blooms or flower spikes unless Local Delivery is Selected
We reserve e the right right to hold order shipment due to inclement weather that may be experienced at any point in transit. We will not ship plants with temperature packs (hot or cold). Express shipping options are available at buyer's expense.
Local Delivery
Lady Vanda Orchids provides local delivery for locations within a specified radius. If the address entered is within this radius, you will receive local delivery as an option.
If local delivery is selected, our processing times remain the same. Delivery will be scheduled accordingly. Our orchids will be carefully prepared and hand delivered.
