Refund policy

Lady Vanda Orchids provides live arrival guarentee on all orchid orders. For any claims, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Lady Vanda Orchids reserves the right to conduct an investigation into your claim and may require photos, documentation or other evidence in order to support your claim. 

Refunds or returns may be applicable in the following situations:

1. Customer received the wrong item. We will ask for photos of your plant and tag to confirm and will process a refund for the purchase amount. 

2.  Customer claims orchid came damaged or dead. Some leaf loss or dehydration can be expected when shipping orchids. It is always best to choose expedited shipping to limit transportation stress and loss. As temperatures are increasing across all transit points, please be conscious  of this when placing your order. All of our orders ship out of Ocala Florida. All orders are packed and shipped Mondays/ Tuesdays to prevent weekend delays. If you have concerns regarding your shipment and temperatures- please contact us.  Please ensure you are selecting  the appropriate shipping options at checkout to mitigate any potential issues. 

To request a refund/ return,  you can contact us at orchids@ladyvanda.com. If your refund request is accepted, we will process a refund via the payment method used at checkout.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. (This also applies to orders where the entire order is discounted) Lady Vanda WILL NOT accept return or refund claims due to a customer not being knowledgeable about the products they are purchasing. We welcome all hobbyist to shop with us and provide information whenever requested. However, any questions in regards to culture should be asked prior to purchase or at time of purchase so we may send information regarding your order prior to delivery.


Exchanges
We do not provide exchanges once an item has been shipped.
