Carrier Shipping

We pack and ship every order Mondays and Tuesdays only, so nothing sits at a carrier hub over the weekend. Our standard processing and shipping time is 1–2 weeks from your order date, and every plant is secured and labeled with care to minimize damage or loss along the way.

• ●Any overage in shipping charges is refunded to you before your order goes out.
• ●Holidays can affect carrier schedules. If a holiday would leave your order sitting at a delivery station over a weekend — most aren't temperature controlled — we'll hold it until after the holiday and ship as soon as it's safe to do so.

For customers within our local delivery radius, we bring your orchids to your door ourselves — no box, no carrier, just us.
