Shipping policy

Carrier Shipping

• Orders are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays. Our standard processing and shipping time is 1-2 weeks from order date. We will ensure that products are secured and labeled accordingly to minimize damage and loss with the carrier.
• Items are shipped using UPS Ground or the method selected via the customer at checkout.
• Overages from shipping charges are always refunded to the customer prior to delivery.
  
• Holidays may affect shipping windows if carriers do not run operations on those days. We will do our best to mitigate delays, however, if a holiday will delay an orders delivery we will hold the order until after the holiday to ensure orders are not left at a delivery station over a weekend, as most facilities are not temperature controlled.  

Local Delivery

• Lady Vanda Orchids provides local delivery for locations within a specified radius.
• If local delivery is selected, our processing times remain the same. Our Vanda orchids will be carefully prepared and Hand delivered.
