    Shipping Info

Free shipping on orders of $99+ within the US, including pre-orders. Orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on size, quantity and destination.

    When will it ship?
Live plants ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only, so they never sit in a carrier facility over the weekend. Supplies and pottery ship within 5–7 days; if they’re in the same order as a plant, everything ships together on Monday or Tuesday.

    Cold-weather shipping
We only ship live plants when temperatures are 40°F or above. Below 50°F we include a free 72-hour heat pack and ship to arrive within 1–3 days; addresses that need more than 3 days in transit require an expedited upgrade. In the coldest months plant shipments may pause until it warms up.

    Dendrobium tenellum

    Product Details

Dendrobium tenellum is almost a miniature and looks out of this world: tiny ⅓–½" pseudobulbs topped by long, wispy, grass-thin terete leaves. Small white flowers appear freely throughout the year near the leaf tips, making it a quiet showpiece for terrariums, Wardian cases and small collections.

This species grows in the humid lowland forests of Peninsular Malaysia, Sumatra and Borneo, so it prefers warmth (65–90°F), bright filtered light, steady humidity and roots that never dry out completely. A small pot with fine bark or moss keeps it happy.

Blooming size — photos are representative of the plant size and maturity available. Well established in 3" pots with plenty of growth.
