We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Standard ground shipping arrive anywhere between in 1-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping services as well.

Product Details
Our assortment of terracotta clay pots, handcrafted in Thailand, is available in a variety of sizes. These pots have sturdy walls and a smaller hole towards the rim for hanging or hooking purposes. They are ideal for potting orchids, and can even serve as a basket for vandas, making them versatile for all orchid uses. Thanks to the moisture retention of terracotta clay, the roots of orchids will not become soggy as this material also allows for proper aeration. This is especially beneficial for vandas, which can thrive without any media, while other orchids can also flourish with lost orchid media substrates.
*All clay items are handmade and will have slight variance in color, size and shape as there is no master mold used for these items. Sizes are approximate as Clay will shrink in processing.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $150 within the US.
Otherwise it's anywhere from $5 to $19 depending on what you order and where it's going.
International orders are set at a Flat Rate of $19 for smaller goods and $69 for larger goods. This includes tracking and insurance.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
