Plant Care Tips
Sunlight
Tolerates low sunlight or fluorescent light, but will thrive in medium, indirect light. Direct, bright sunlight should be avoided.
Maintenance
Water when top two inches of soil are dry. Water thoroughly.
Temperature
Does well at room temperature between 60°F - 77°F. Cold temperatures should be avoided.
Humidity
Prefers higher levels of humidity, around 75% or above.

How long does shipping take?
We ship orders every Monday and Tuesday. Standard ground shipping arrive anywhere between in 1-5 business days. We offer expedited shipping services as well.

At Lady Vanda Orchids we can help you with diagnosing problems with your orchids. Our remote consultation service will allow for a web call with Serena, AKA Lady Vanda to get the right information the first time around. Serena will help you identify and diagnose the problems you are facing in your orchid collection. Problems such as pest, diseases, improper culture can all be addressed via this web call. Serena has been referred to as the Orchid Doc, The Vanda Whisperer and many other nicknames by her clients and friends. She has spent years improving her orchid culture through Lady Vanda Orchids and helping others with their challenges. She is a noted Speaker that has worked with most of the Orchid Societies in Florida to provide top notch presentations on a number of topics. Her latest venture is partnering with Fairchild Tropical Botanic Gardens where she has introduced her Demo Workshop series. Serena dedicates her time to reading the latest information and scientific publication available to the Orchid Industry. She constantly seeks out new products, new protocols and works closely with a number of county extension offices for the latest news on pests and diseases that can wreak havoc on any orchid collection.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $150 within the US.
Otherwise it's anywhere from $5 to $19 depending on what you order and where it's going.
International orders are set at a Flat Rate of $19 for smaller goods and $69 for larger goods. This includes tracking and insurance.
How long does shipping take?
We ship out orders within 24-48 hours after you place your order. Standard shipping arrive anywhere between in 3-7 business days, while Expedited takes only 2 business days.
Returns
We gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for a full refund or exchange within 7 days from the delivery date.
