    Plant Care Tips

    Sunlight Bright, direct to filtered light (2,500–4,000 fc). Thrives in high-light conditions; some morning sun is ideal.

    Temperature Warm: 60–95°F (16–35°C). Prefers warm days and minimal cold exposure. No lower than 55°F.

    Water Daily or every other day (roots dry quickly in baskets). Fully saturated, until runoff and roots turn green.

    Humidity High humidity (60–80%).

    Nutrition 1 tsp per gallon of a balanced fertilizer.

    Product Details

    The 'Blue' Vanda, so affectionately named due to its rich inky-violet blue hue that is unmatched by any other vanda hybrids. Stunning large flowers 4.5-5" across!  Mature plants with excellent flower quality. Enjoy blooms several times per year when fertilized and water properly. Excellent to use for landscaping; mount several along the vertical length of a tree for stunning pops of color.

    Disappointed

    Unfortunately the specimens I received had multiple signs of previous disease. Rough patches present on bottom of leaves. Multiple fungal spots. Poor dehydrated root system. The specimens were treated with fungicide and isolated. Unfortunately these plants will be added to my strictly ornamental collection and ca not be placed with my other healthy plants.

    Stressed Plant

    The plant arrived completely stressed. Air roots had
    clearly been chopped off and this plant has been force
    boomed. There was evidence of rot around the stems
    where the blooms had been cut off.
