6" Clay Orchid Pots are our best-selling handmade terracotta pots from Thailand, cut with decorative openings for exceptional airflow. Choose round holes, hearts, scales, waves or lotus in round or ripple styles, or the open clay basket.

The 6" size suits mature Cattleyas, standard Vandas, Rhynchostylis and Dendrobiums. Breathable clay plus side openings keep roots aerated and drying evenly, which is exactly what epiphytes want. Use it as a clay basket for bare-root Vandas, or fill with bark or charcoal for other genera. A hole near the rim lets you hang it with a hook.

Handmade without a master mold, so each pot varies slightly in color, size and shape. Sizes are approximate, as clay shrinks during firing.
