      Product Details

      Cholla Wood is the natural, hollow skeleton of the cholla cactus, dried and cleaned into lightweight branches with a lacy, honeycomb pattern. The open, porous structure gives roots dozens of holes and ridges to grip, holds a little moisture after watering and dries quickly, making it an easy, natural mount for Tillandsias and small epiphytic orchids.

      Use it for miniature orchids such as small Dendrobium, Bulbophyllum, ghost orchids and Vanda falcata, or tuck a few air plants into the openings for an instant living display. Attach plants with fishing line or a little sphagnum, and water more often than you would a potted plant.

      Each piece is a natural product, so size and pattern vary. Sold individually.
