Shipping Info
Free shipping on orders of $99+ within the US, including pre-orders. Orders under $99 are calculated at checkout based on size, quantity and destination.
When will it ship?
Live plants ship on Mondays and Tuesdays only, so they never sit in a carrier facility over the weekend. Supplies and pottery ship within 5–7 days; if they’re in the same order as a plant, everything ships together on Monday or Tuesday.
Cold-weather shipping
We only ship live plants when temperatures are 40°F or above. Below 50°F we include a free 72-hour heat pack and ship to arrive within 1–3 days; addresses that need more than 3 days in transit require an expedited upgrade. In the coldest months plant shipments may pause until it warms up.

Product Details
Vanda Xena (Vanda Memoria Thianchai × Vanda tessellata), registered by R.F. Orchids in 2008, is the one our show customers follow their noses to. Its butter-yellow flowers, lightly dappled and edged in soft orange, release an intoxicating fragrance that fills the air without overwhelming it.
From Vanda tessellata — a species of the seasonally dry lowlands of India, Sri Lanka and Myanmar — it inherits perfume, heat tolerance and a vigorous, easygoing habit. Bright light with some direct sun, 60–95°F and daily summer watering in a wooden basket keep it flowering.
Blooming size — photos are representative of the plant size and maturity available. Choose a medium plant (8–10" tall) or a large specimen (26–30" tall) with keikis. See why it's the talk of every show we attend.
