    Product Details

    Vanda Spotted Denis crosses the species Vanda denisoniana with Vanda Suksamran Spots and was registered by Kalapana Tropicals in 2012. The payoff is full, flat, butter-yellow flowers overlaid with cinnamon-brown spots and tessellations, set off by a bright yellow lip — free-flowering and long-lasting. A pleasantly fragrant hybrid.

    Vanda denisoniana comes from seasonally dry forests of Myanmar, Thailand and southern China, where it is prized for its vanilla-like evening scent, and it passes along better tolerance of cool nights than most Vandas. Give this hybrid bright light, 58–95°F, good airflow and daily watering in summer.
