Dendrobium aberrans

Sunlight Bright, filtered light (2,000–3,500 fc). Can tolerate some morning direct sun. Leaves should be medium green.

Temperature Intermediate to warm: 55–90°F (13–32°C). Soft cane dendrobiums benefit from a cool, dry winter rest to trigger blooming.

Water Thoroughly when medium approaches dryness (every 4–7 days in active growth). Reduce watering in winter for soft cane types. Good drainage is essential. Water at the base of the plant to avoid leaf spotting.

Nutrition Fertilize weekly, weakly. Generally 1/4 - 1/2 tsp per gallon, per week.
